Erin's Background
Erin Herdina, Advanced Certified Rolfer, is a graduate of the Rolf Institute of Structural Integration, where she completed the certification program, the Advanced certification program, and Movement training session. She has additional training in Craniosacral therapy, plus visceral manipulation and spinal mechanics, specializing in chronic low back pain and whiplash/neck pain from the Colorado Cranial Institute.
Erin also studied medical sports massage at the Olympic Training Center in Beijing, China. Within her Rolfing practice, she incorporates Reconnective Therapy, plus Esoteric and Reiki energy work when it is most beneficial for the client. She understands the value of professional referrals with other practices such as Chinese Acupuncturists, Osteopaths, Homeopaths, Psychologists, and Chiropractors. Erin's goal is for each individual to attain their optimal emotional and physical health.
